    La Goulette, Tunisia 1870 (July 23): Entire letter from La Goulette nearby Tunis to Malfougasse, Dept. Basses Alpes, franked with left marginal hor. pair Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue, a fine multiple, tied by crisp Gros Chiffres '5121' of La Goulette in blue with cogwheel "LA GOULETTE TUNISIE 23 JUIL 70" cds in blue (Pothion = 28 points), framed PD in blue and 'Tunis par Bone' cds in red alongside, reverse with Marseille and St. Etienne-les-Orgues transit cds's. Minor perforation irregularities and some water stains, but a scarce and interesting item.
