    New Guinea, Stamps of Australia overprinted 1921: Double-rate missionary's Cover from Kokopo to Beaumont sur Sarthe, France bearing New Colours KGV 2 d. orange in a strip of three, tied by light KOKOPO cds's, reverse with Beaumont arrival (26 7 21) cds. On 1.10.1920 the foreign rate was raised to 4 d. for the first oz and 2 d. for each additional oz.
