    New Guinea, Stamps of Australia overprinted 1919: Registered Cover from Kokopo to Hamburg, Germany bearing fifth setting Kangaroo 9 d. violet and 1 s. emerald as well as KGV 5 d. brown, tied by KOKOPE (21 SP 20) cds's with corresponding red on white registration label and crisp vertical-oval "PASSED BY CENSOR No 1 AN & MEF" cachet, opened twice and resealed with British censorship and German Currency Control strips, reverse with Hamburg (27.11.20) arrival cds. An overpaid usage, a very attractive tri-colour cover.
