    Incoming mail from Switzerland 1867/71: Selection of three covers depicting the rates of November 1866 and September 1868 incl. 1867 registered cover from Lausanne to Bakeu, 1869 Bern to Tirgul Frumos and 1871 Lausanne to Bakeu. The covers with faults but showing nicely the closing of the foreign Austrian offices in April 1869 and the takeover of the Romanian ones.
