    1864: Arms 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, a used example on 1867 cover to Bucharest, Romania endorsed 'voie de Varna' tied by wreathed "Constantinopel" datestamp (20/8) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385), paying the Levant rate of 10 soldi and Austrian rate of 5 soldi, introduced in January 1867. Reverse with Austrian P.O. cds of arrival (23/8) and 'Banque Impériale Ottomane' wafer seal in yellow.
