    1864/71: 3 d. lilac, a fine horizontal pair applied slighty off edge of 1870 envelope to Broughton Astley, UK tied by numeral "9" obliterators with NEW PLYMOUTH cds (June 4) of despatch in black and framed TOO LATE handstamp at left alongside 'Leicester' arrival (Aug 25).
