1862/63: 1 s. deep green, no wmk. printed on pelure paper, a used horizontal strip of three, large margins all round and just touched at right, of good fresh colour, cancelled by indistinct numeral obliterators in black. Tiny split at top of central stamp (above 'W' of 'New') and minor bend as usual with this thin paper.
