    1864: Arms 10 s. blue in a horizontal pair and 15 s. brown in a rare block of four, perf. 9½, used on 1865 double rate (80 soldi) cover to Paris, addressed to the actress Madame Igasty, endorsed 'via Kustendje' tied by "Constantinopel" datestamps (15/6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387). 'P.D.' in red also ties the block and Strasbourg entry mark in red further ties the 10 s. pair (July 22). Reverse with Vienna transit (20/6) and Paris arrival cds. A rare cover. Cert. A.
