    Austrian P.O. in Varna 1864: Arms 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown in a horizontal pair, perf. 9½, the 10 s. with closed tear at right, used on 1868 cover from Varna to Marseille, France tied by two line dated VARNA / 28. FEB. handstamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 884) with 'A./P.D.' alongside in black (fig. 891) and the 10 s. also tied by French Strasbourg entry marking (March 9) in blue.
