    Lithographed by Henri Gillet 1854 (April-August): 5 c. red-orange-brown, a horizontal pair and a strip of four used with a further pair in in a deeper, duller shade, all with mostly large margins to just touched in places on 1854 final sheet of entire letter from Santiago to Valparaiso at 2 ounce rate, tied by seven strikes of six barred target handstamp in black. SANTIAGO despatch cds adjacent in red (Nov 11): A remarkable 40 centavos franking and an extraordinary demonstration of the trouble Gillet had in regulating the inks of the Lithographed issue.
