    London Printing 1853 (July 1): 10 c. deep bright blue on yellowish paper, a vertically bisected example, left half of stamp, roughly separated, used on 1854 entire letter to Santiago tied by target handstamp in black with VALPARAISO datestamp in red at left (Aug 28). Some edge wear to cover but an extremely rare usage of the 1853 issue. Cert.
