    London Printing 1853 (July 1): 10 c. deep bright blue on yellowish paper, a horizontally bisected example, lower half of stamp, used on 1855 cover to San Felipe tied by target handstamp in black with VALPARAISO datestamp in red at left (Sept 8). A fine and very rare usage of the 1853 issue, especially bisected horizontally - believed unique. Cert.
