    1878: Fiscal Issue, the complete set of American Banknote Co. Die Proofs, imperforate on cards and printed in black (38 Proofs) with values from 1 c. through to 45 pesos, mostly in composite Proofs of three or pairs, together with Master Die Proofs (3) with blank Duty Plate - although two are for Centesimos values, two for Pesos; together with a vignette only Proof and a defaced 80 c. Die. All are mounted on card and have been re-numbered by ABN & Co. A delightful and unique group (44 items).
