    1896: 5 c. red on grey postal stationery envelope, H&G B34, used to Jinotega cancelled by very scarce SAN RAFAEL DEL NORTE duplex in violet (July 10). Reverse with Jinotega duplex of arrival in violet. A couple of ironed bends but a rare usage.
