Framed registration and 'Correos / Puerto Plata' cds in blue at left (March 15, 1890) and thence via French Paquebot with octagonal LIGNE F / PAQ. FR. No. 1 datestamp (March 17) in black (Salles fig. 1601). Reply half detached, a fine usage.
