    1867/68: San Martin 15 c. blue, crossed lines, a used vertical pair tied to 1869 registered cover to San Nicolas de los Arroyos by segmented cork handstamps in black with 'Buenos Ayres' cds below (May 13). Two strikes of italic "Certificado" in black and reverse with 'San Nicolas' cds (Dec 31) and presumably held until returned to sender. One stamp with slight corner repair but of fine appearance.
