Celliers on behalf of the Stamp Commission, Pretoria 1875/76: 6 d. blue on very thin hard transparent (pelure) paper, just clear to large margins all round, left pane position 34, used on 1875 cover to the Lieutenant Governor of Griqualand West in Kimberley, tied by weak strike of POTCHEFSTROOM / Z.A.R. / ZUID AFRIKA datestamp (Aug 23) in black. Repeated strike at left and reverse with double arc 'Kimberley' arrival cds (Aug 27). Cover #67 in the Jorgensen census. Slight aging to adhesive but a fine and rare cover.
