    Narrow Setting 1900 (April 6-10): Baden-Powell 3 d. deep blue on blued horizontally laid paper, used examples (2) on 1900 cover addressed to 'R. Dalziel, Bech. Rifles, Town Hall', each tied by MAFEKING / C.G.H datestamps (May 7) in black. The right hand stamp with corner perforation crease at upper right, the envelope with central file fold well away from the adhesives. An extremely rare 'double rate' cover. Signed A.
