    1855/58: 1 d. rose, a used example with large margins all round and portion of adjoining stamp at left, used on 1864 cover from Wynberg to Cape Town lightly tied by CGH triangular obliterator in black. Reverse with part flap missing and partial oval WYNBERG despatch with two strikes of Cape Town arrival cds (Sept 3). Cleaned to reduce staining but a scarce and not unattractive cover. Signed A.
