    Used in Beirut 1878: Cover at double rate from Beirut addressed to Lady Anne Blunt, Crabbet Park, Three Bridges, Sussex, endorsed 'via Brindisi', franked by Great Britain 1858/79 1 d. red pl. 137 (5, two singles and a horizontal strip of three) all tied by "G06" obliterators and by BRITISH POST OFFICE / BEYROUT cds (Aug 29) in black. Reverse with Crawley arrival cds (Sept 10).
