1861/62: Second Setting 2 r. red, coarse impression, the famous unused sheet marginal vertical tête-bêche pair, with 4-5 mm. sheet margin at right and margins all round, the upper stamp showing Plate Variety "Top Left Corner Missing", the lower stamp with Plate Variety with white patch on EO of CORREOS reading "CORRCOS" at top, fresh colour and very fine but for minor ironed creases, without gum. An item of the greatest rarity in Venzuelan philately being the finest in appearance of the two marginal pairs known. Signed A. L. Pemberton, Bühler. Certs.
