    1854: Gillet 5 c. burnt sienna, a fine large margined example with portion of adjoining stamp at right, overlapping Gillet Lithographed 5 c. chesnut-brown in a horizontal pair, large margins for the issue with portion of adjoining stamp at right tied by target handstamp in black, on 1855 cover from Valparaiso to France with PANAMA / TRANSIT in red on front and reverse with British P.O. Valparaiso cds and London transit cds (Sept 18) in black. Charged due on receipt with handstruck '21' décime charge marking. A very rare mixture of the Gillet printings on a most attractive cover.
