    Affranchisement Composés 1871: Entire letter from Mirecourt to Lamarche, Vosges franked by 1870 Siège 20 c. blue tied by 2370 gros chiffres, up-rated by 5 c. for the newly introduced 25 c. rate of September 1, 1871 with framed "P.P." in red struck in lieu of a 5 centime adhesive to denote full cash prepayment. Mirecourt cds (Sept 15) at right and reverse with Lamarche arrival cds. Extremely rare.
