    Third London Printing. Recess by Perkins Bacon 1862 (Jan 1): 20 c. green, a horizontal strip of four with large to touched margins and portions of adjoining stamps at base, at left and at right, used with single 1861/62 10 c. blue on 1864 entire letter from Valparaiso to Coquimbo. VALPARAISO cds of despatch in red (Nov 27) below. The letter, written in English, mentions the Steamer "Cloda" would be carrying the Mail and also mentions many enclosures which accounts for the 90 centavos rate.
