    Lithographed by Thomas Ham 1850 (Aug): Half-Length 2 d. grey, Third State, fourth printing, a fine example used on cleaned 1850 cover to Melbourne cancelled on desapatch by "51" New South Wales numeral obliterator of Deniliquin. Reverse, one side flap missing, struck with 'DENILIQUIN / Crown / NEW S. WALES' datestamp (July 25), 'Maiden's Point' datestamp and 'Melbourne' arrival (July 29) all in black. Despite imperfections an extremely rare and fine usage. Cert. BPA (1965, also signed personally by Purves), BPA (1996).
