    1869: Delightful small envelope to Gravesend, England at 40 soldi rate, bearing Danube & Black Sea Railway 20 pa. black on green in combination with Levant 1864 15 s. brown, perf. 9½ and 1867 25 s. grey lilac (tiny imperfection caused by the original enclosure), all tied by bold strikes of "LLOYD AGENZIE / KUSTENDJE" datestamps (24/8) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 844). Red framed "PD" at right and framed "W.Fr 14x" at lower left (Van Der Linden fig. 2994). Reverse with Vienna transit cds and Gravesend arrival (Aug 31). A splendid cover and probably the most attractive of all the D.B.S.R. combination covers, of which just 14 exist. Signed Müller. Cert.
