    1858 (Nov 1): 40 pa. blue on greyish-blue thin wove paper, a used example with clear to large margins all round used on 1861 entire letter to Galatz, tied by watery strike of scarce framed FRANCO / FOKSCHANY handstamp struck in blue (Kiriac fig. 306) with FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA cds in blue at left (Kiriac fig. 275). Reverse with 'Galatz / Moldova' arrival cds (6/7) in red. File fold well away from adhesive. A scarce entire.
