    Registration Labels Surcharged for Postage 1915 (Jan): 'GRI / 3d.' on Rabaul labels, (# 747-746 / 742-741 / 737-736 / 732-731 / 727-726), Setting E, positions 4-5, a fine unused block of ten (2 x 5) marginal at top, with "Deutsch-Neuguinea" with hyphen, the right hand vertical row with surcharge error "No Stops after "R" and "I" in GRI", all stuck down on waxed paper for protection, some creasing and with lower left stamp with closed tear, otherwise of fresh and very fine appearance.
