    1849/50: Cérès issue, interesting lot seven entires or fronts with overall fine quality and fresh colours incl. 10 c. bistre on two local covers from Besancon and St. Amans-la-Bastide, 40 c. orange in mixed franking with Présidence 10 c. bistre on a 1853 double weight entire, 1 fr. carmine on a 1853 third weight entire and front with 1 fr. and pair of 25 c., sent from Point-a-Pitree Gouadeloupe via England to Paris with 'Grille sans fin' cancellation upon arrival.
