    Ballon Monté No. 65 1871 (Jan 22): Gazette Des Absents No. 30 used to Lubersac, Correze endorsed 'par Ballon Monté', franked by Siège 1870 20 c. blue, tied by Paris Star 35 with 'Paris / Ministere des Finances' datestamp (Jan 22, 4th levée) alongside in black. Probably flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Torricelli' but without backstamp. Scarce and attractive entire Maury = € 600+.rnrnProvenance: Collection B. C.
