    1857/63: 1 d. dull orange, imperforate on hard white unwatermarked paper, two vertical strips of three, margins touched to large, used on 1860 second page of entire letter to Edinburgh, Scotland tied by "18" numeral obliterators of Otago. Reverse with 'Otago / New Zealand' despatch cds (June 28) in black and Edinburgh arrival (Sept 20) alongside. File folds affect the adhesives but a very rare franking for the 6d. single rate. Cert.
