    "Halifax Airmail" 1921 (Nov 17): 35 c. red, wide spacing, variety "No Stop after 1921", used on First Flight cover addressed to Boston tied by 'St. John's Nfld.' machine cancellation (Nov 17, First Day of Use). The attempted Flight was delayed and then abandoned on January 28, 1922 and the mail was sent on to Halifax by rail - arriving on February 4, reverse with Halifax return datestamp.. Fresh and fine cover. Scott C3 = $ 190/ Gi = £ 90 off cover.
