    British Post Offices 1865: Entire letter carried at double rate, endorsed 'Vapor Bogotá' (PSNC Steamer) from Guayaquil to Lima, Peru franked by Great Britain 1865 1 s. green pl. 4 (Gi 101) tied by heavy "C41" obliterator in black. Reverse with double ring GUAYAQUIL despatch cds (Aug 29) and Lima cds of arrival (Sept 3). A few imperfections but a scarce and early usage from this Office.
