    Woodblock Issue 1859 (May): 2 s. dull bluish green on pale yellow in a horizontal pair and single 1863 4 d. rose-pink, used on 1864 registered cover to Locarno, Switzerland tied by circular "25" numeral obliterators of Hepburn. Reverse with 'Hepburn' despatch cds (Aug 23) with 'Registered / Melbourne' datestamp in red on front (Aug 24), thence via Suez and Marseille (Oct 15) with CHARGÉ applied on front in black. Rate box and Locarno arrival cds (Oct 18) on reverse. Cover #174 in the Ben Palmer 'Pre-UPU Destination Mail census.
