Emblems Issue 1858 (June 1): 4 d. rose on smooth vertically laid paper, rouletted 5½-6½, used on 1859 entire letter to Belfast tied by circular "27" numeral obliterator in red, with corresponding 'Caramut / Crown / Victoria' datestamp at left (Feb 21) in same colour.
