1867: De La Rue Die Proofs (3) for 4 d. value on glazed white cards, one with 'April 12, 1867' handstamp in black, second with BEFORE HARDENING and dated 'May 1, 1867'; third produced for the Paris Exhibition and struck in issued colour of red-brown. A very rare and fine trio.
