    1902/04: 'Board of Education' 2½ d. ultramarine, a fine example used on printed 1902 cover from the Board to Munich, Germany tied by London duplex (Oct 15) in black. Munich arrival datestamp on reverse. Slight creasing to the envelope away from adhesive but an extremely rare stamp on letter Gi = £ 450 off cover.rn
