    1889/91: Provisional 1 a. on 2 a. green & carmine, a fine horizontal strip of four used on 1890 Printed Matter rate cover (flap unsealed) to Stadthagen, Germany tied by 'Bangkok' cds's (March 6) in black,  reverse with Stadthagen arrival cds (May 5). Light central file fold but a rare example of this rate.
