    Mail from France to Greece 1867: Entire letter from Marseille to Syros, marked as double rate in blue manuscript, carried on the Paquebot 'Euphrate' with LIGNE U / PAQ. FR. No. 3 datestamp (Salles 881) in black (July 28), taxed on arrival with '244' (lepta) in manuscript at Syros with 1862/67 2 l. yellowish brown (2) and three 80 l. carmine tied by 'Syros' cds's (May 18, julian). Rated at double the 112 lepta rate for a single letter plus the 20 lepta internal fee. One 80 l. crossed by heavy file fold but a rare entire.
