    Mail from Austrian Offices in the Levant 1868: Mourning envelope from Tulcha, Wallachia to Syros, Greece franked on despatch with Austrian Italy 1863 15 soldi brown, perf. 9½ tied by TULCHA datestamp (Dec 30) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 837), with large P.P. in black at right. Taxed on arrival for internal postage with touched 1868 20 l. blue tied by 'Syros' cds (Jan 6, 1871, julian). Reverse with Austrian P.O. in Constantinople transit cds (Jan 15) and Syros arrival cds.
