    Mail from Austrian Offices in the Levant 1864: Cover from Chios / Scio-Cesme to Syros, franked by Austrian Italy 1863 2 soldi yellow pair and 3 soldi green pair, both rare perf. 14 (RRR in Tchilinghrian) each pair cancelled by neat SCIO-CESME datestamps of the Austrian P.O. (Oct 8) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 560), paying the 10 soldi rate. Charged on arrival for internal rate with Greece 1862/67 20 l. deep blue, fine margins, tied by 'Syros' cds (Sept 27, julian).
