    1870: Cover front with '3¾ ounces' annotation of weight at upper left, mailed to Guaranda bearing a fine 1866 vertical pair of 1 r. olive yellow, Third Printing, close at upper right and insignificant scissor cut between stamps (upper stamp showing Plate Flaw 'Full Stop after Correos'), tied by bold strike of AMBATO datestamp (June 10) in black.
