    1870: Siège 20 c. blue, horizontal tête-bêche pair used with normal horizontal pair on 1871 triple rate cover to Lyon, all tied by 3191 gros chiffres with 'Romans' despatch datestamp at left (July 24). Reverse of cover with Lyon arrival cds (July 25). Cover with fault at left with biro mark and heavy vertical crease well away from the adhesives, a scarce and most unusual franking. Signed A.
