    1905 (Dec 20): Cover mailed un-stamped from Cairo to Port Said with Cairo despatch cds and framed 'T' marking, taxed double the deficiency (= 10 m. = 1 piastre) with 1889 2 m. green vertical pair and 1904 3 m. with hamza on 2 pi. orange vertical pair, variety 'Surcharge Inverted' tied by 'Port Said' datestamps. Reverse with further Port Said cds. Some aging at edges of envelope but extremely scarce. Signed Todd AIEP.
