SEYMEN datestamp in blue (18/IX/85), the other sent registered from Sliven to Plovdiv tied by bold strike of POSTE SLIVNO datestamp (27/IX/85) in blue with Eastern Roumelian RECOMMANDEE at left. A scarce group Scott 35.
