'RA', perf. 11½, clear printing in a delicate pale shade, separated by scissors with just a vertical row of perforations at left, used on 1865 cover from San Juan to Uruguay tied by circular ADMON DE CORREOS / SAN JUAN handstamp in greenish blue.
