    1935: Incoming underpaid cover from Vienna (Sept 16) franked at 24 gr., addressed to Shanghai, taxed on reverse with 1932 Postage Due strip of three 4 c. orange tied by Shanghai cds's and bilingual CANCELLED in violet (Oct 7), delivery attempted for a second time and cover again taxed with 2 c. and 10 c. orange also receiving the bilingual CANCELLED handstamp (Oct 26). Cover returned to sender in Vienna (Nov 15) with both 'Inconnu' and 'Refused' instructional markings on front in black. Unusual cover.
