    1868/70: 3 bani violet and 1869 15 bani red, used in combination on small envelope from Bucharest to Madame Stourdza at Skiéa, Tirgu-Frumos tied by "Bucuresti / Sera" datestamps (25/9) in black (Kiriac fig. 443); pre-paying the 18 bani rate in use from Jan 13, 1868 until 3/15 October 1870. The 15 bani over-lapping the 3 bani which has a shaved margin at upper left, but a delightful and rare mixed issue usage of great visual appeal.
