    5 parale blue, the famous block of four on cover from Jassy to Bucharest, the adhesives just touched at top right of the block otherwise close but clear all round and large at right; the cover front and large part back with side flaps removed and some minor filling to the paper at top right; however this is one of only two known usages of a Cuza 5 pa. blue block of four on letter, being neatly tied by "Iassi" datestamps (22/9) in black (Kiriac fig. 399). Bucharest arrival cds (25/9) on reverse of a rare and attractive cover. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 108 and in Handbook II on page 164. Cert. Heimbüchler (2009).
