    1860 (Feb 22): Entire letter, written in German from Targuljiu to the Swiss merchant Andreas Frank in Bucharest with blue sender's cachet at upper left and superb strike of the extremely rare two line dated "TARGUJIU" handstamp (the latest recorded date of use) in black (Kiriac fig. 255). Reverse with fine strike of small two line dated "BUCURESTI" arrival (Kiriac fig. 238). A fine and very rare entire "the finest of the four covers I have had for certification" states Heimbüchler on certificate (2010).
